Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt is a water-based, matt emulsion paint. It is ideal for use in sterile, yet busy areas, such as hospitals, clinics, schools, and food processing facilities. It offers a true, anti-bacterial finish using independently tested Steritouch silver ion technology, with Class 1 scrub rating, offering durability and longevity allowing repetitive cleaning.
Also available in an eggshell finish, Crown Trade Clean Extreme Anti Bacterial Acrylic Eggshell.

Preparation
Preparation
For the best results, ensure that surfaces to be treated are clean, dry and free of dirt, dust and grease. Remove all loose, failing or suspect paint.
- Powdery, chalking, polished or heavily stained areas should be primed with Crown Trade PX4 All Purpose Primer
- Porous surfaces should be primed with a diluted first coat of Crown Trade Clean Extreme Anti Bacterial Scrubbable Matt
- Fill any holes or cracks with a suitable filler
- Feather edges and then wash down any sound paintwork prior to redecoration
- If after any cleaning staining or bleeding still occurs, patch prime with Crown Trade PX3 All Purpose Primer
Application
Application
Always try a test area before starting any project to assess compatibility of the final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.
- Stir thoroughly before and during use, making sure to reach the pigment in the top and bottom creases of the tin
- Apply 2 generous, even coats using a high-quality synthetic bristle brush or medium pile roller
- For airless spray application, dilution may be required
- Allow 4 hours between coats
