Ronseal Stays White Ultra Tough Paint is a durable white paint for wood and metal. Water-based, quick drying and drip resistant: it's the obvious choice for doors, window frames, balustrades, skirting boards. Touch dry in just 30 mins.
Ronseal states that this product carries the "stays white forever" guarantee, meaning that the colour won't fade for as long as it's applied to your project. This is only when used in conjunction with Ronseal Knot Block Primer Undercoat.

For the best results from Ronseal Ultra Tough Paint, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean, dry and free from dirt, dust or any other surface contaminants.
- Lightly sand the area to be treated (either bare or previously painted) with p120 sandpaper, going with the wood grain and carefully remove all traces of sanding dust
- Prime with either Ronseal Knot Block Primer and Undercoat for wood or Ronseal One Coat All Surface Primer and Undercoat for metal surfaces, following the relevant instructions for these products
Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Stir Ronseal Stays White Ultra Tough Paint thoroughly before and during use, making sure to include pigment gathered in the top and bottom creases of the tin
- Apply 2 coats using a high-quality synthetic bristle brush, allowing 4 hours between coats
When it's time for a refresh, simply apply a coat of Ronseal Stays White Ultra Tough Paint following the preparation and application steps above. Surfaces already treated with this product and relevant primers, won't require further coats of the primer.
