Estate Eggshell should be applied in two full coats, allowing adequate drying time between each. To keep your painted surfaces looking their best, follow these simple aftercare steps:

1. Allow the paint to fully cure for several days before subjecting it to heavy use or cleaning
2. For light marks or surface dirt, gently wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using a dilute solution of mild washing-up liquid
3. Avoid using harsh abrasives or scrubbing pads, as these can damage the matt finish
4. When cleaning adjacent areas, such as skirting boards, use a soft vacuum attachment to avoid marking painted walls
5. For touch-ups or repairs, lightly sand the area, spot-prime if required, and reapply paint from "break to break" to achieve a seamless finish
