Rust-Oleum CombiPrimer Adhesion Primer is designed for tricky substrates such as galvanised steel, aluminium, copper, glass, porcelain and other smooth, dense surfaces. It aids adhesion between troublesome surface and finishing coat, for the best, longest lasting finish.
Please note: this product is designed to stay slightly tacky for around 24 hours and a finishing coat should be applied whilst in this window.

For the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean, dry and free from dirt, dust or any other surface contaminants. Use alkaline or high-pressure steam cleaning to achieve this if necessary.
- Remove all old, peeling paint or flaking rust with a wire brush
- Remove any salt residue with a suitable etching solution
Always do a test area with Rust-Oleum CombiPrimer Adhesion Primer before starting any project to assess product suitability. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin.
- Stir thoroughly before and during use, making sure to include pigment gathered in the top and bottom creases of the tin
- Best application is with a high-quality natural bristle paintbrush
- Most projects will only require one coat, allow 4 hours between coats and before application of a topcoat
- This product is designed to stay slightly tacky for approximately 24 hours and a finishing coat should be applied whilst in this window
- It will appear light blue in colour so brushed areas can be seen and overlaps and over-application is avoided
- Thinning is usually not required but brushes and rollers can be cleaned out with Rust-Oleum CombiColor Thinner
